Today was one of those nonstop, productive AF, type of Mondays. How was yours?

Fun fact: I legit got ready in 15 mins post gym and grocery shopping. Balance is such an important part of life. (Especially when you’re doing yoga poses on the edge of a cliff — don’t tell my husband 🙈).

But truly friends, take a moment to consider where in your life you could put more of yourself into, or perhaps where you need to take a step back. Burn out is real. And when we don’t catch it ahead of time - it can rapidly sneak up on you. You are amazing babes, but you are not meant to do it all, all of the time.

It is so important to celebrate the little things,

It is so important to celebrate the little things, every damn day.

I can barely move my neck or head today without searing pain down shooting through my back and shoulder. It’s annoying 🙄. But, friends, I don’t share this for sympathy. I share this as a reminder to be thankful for the little things that you may take forever granted daily. It’s so easy to get caught up in the every day hustle and forget how truly blessed we all are.

What are 3 things your grateful for today? Here’s mine:

1) Cold brew coffee, it is one magical elixir. (Today on stories I’ll be sharing how I make my own at home!)

2) That my legs work. Having a bum arm sucks - don’t get me wrong - but I thank God everyday that it’s not one of my legs.

3) My unwavering support system. I wouldn’t be the person I am without all the incredible people in my life.

& 4 for good measure: a cute outfit. Because duh, that always helps. 😂🙌🏼

Throwing it back to that one time bestie and I were looking for one final hike in Sedona before heading home, and we stumbled upon Devils Bridge instead. (Talk about a happy accident, lol.)

It was my first time there and a memory I’ll never forget. Adventure is in my soul, and this world is too beautiful not to explore. 🏜🤎
